The painting room is mainly composed of chamber, air purification and filtration system, paint and fog treatment system, lighting system and electrical control system.

5.1.1 painting room body

The shell of the painting room is made of color steel plate and section steel, which is a solid, sealed and spacious operating space for painting the workpiece. The painting room is composed of left and right side walls, rear side walls, top plate, top air filter system, gate, security door and so on. Supply air at the top and exhaust at the bottom. The spray booth is equipped with a total of 24 sets of LED lights (protected by tempered glass).

5.1.2 Air supply system
The air supply system is mainly composed of a blower, a fan base and a steel frame. The fan base is provided with a shock absorber for sound attenuation. The paint spraying room adopts the airflow organization method of up-down and down-suction, and the air supply system is composed of a blower unit and an air supply duct. The blower unit is placed on the top floor, and is supported by welding of square pipes and steel plates. The static pressure chamber uses F5 equalizing top cotton. The air is filtered and purified by high-efficiency filter cotton under the action of the blower, and the clean air is sent into the spray booth.

5.1.3 Paint mist filtering system
The paint mist filter system includes dry paint mist filter box, activated carbon adsorption box, UV photocatalysis, fan, pipe, chimney (chimney height 15M), etc. This system complies with GBJ4-73 industrial "three wastes" emission standards, and the main fan power is 22kwX2 units.

5.1.4 Electrical system
The electrical control system is suitable for a three-phase AC 50HZ voltage 380V distribution circuit. (You can also configure the electric panel according to the current status of the user's electricity)
