1. Q6910 Shot blasting machine :
Q69 roller pass shot blasting machine is a kind of multi-functional pretreatment equipment for cleaning plate, steel structure, profile, steel pipe and so on.In this way, after the steel is treated by shot blasting, the corrosion resistance of the products and metal components can be improved, the fatigue resistance of the steel plate can be improved, and its service life can be prolonged.
2. Roller conveyor
The roller table is divided into indoor conveying roller table and loading and unloading section conveying roller table (frequency control).
The high chromium wear - resistant sleeve is used to protect the roller table from projectile attack.
Clean up the room
The cleaning room is of large capacity chamber type box structure, and the wall inside the chamber is lined with special wear-resistant protective plate. The cleaning work is carried out in a closed capacity chamber
Hoist
The bucket elevator consists of cycloidal needle wheel reducer, upper and lower rollers, conveyor belt, hopper, closed barrel, check device and tensioning device.
Separator

Shot blasting machine

Electric control

Dust removal system
It is equipped with a pulse backblowing cartridge dust collector, which is composed of shell, filter barrel, pulse control instrument, fan and pipe, etc.Dust is discharged in the upper air after being treated by a dust collector, with the emission concentration ≤120mg/m3.
