Wire mesh belt shot blasting machine is mainly used in automotive, aerospace, railway and machinery manufacturing industry, mainly cleaning discs, flakes, castings, body, structural parts and other products.
Wire mesh belt shot blast machine mainly applies the strong shot blasting to the surface of the steel and castings in the original state to get rid of the rust layer, welding slag and oxide skin on it, so as to obtain the uniform metallic luster,to improve the finishing quality of the steel and anti-corrosion effect. Mesh belt of shot blasting machine allows the parts to pass through the automatic, continuous uninterrupted way, accept the shot blasting cleaning in many directions, the hub type throws the head to maximize the shot blasting efficiency, and avoid the parts colliding with each other and damage the parts surface. One of the highlights of the mesh belt type shot blasting machine is its hub type, which can be adjusted according to the shape and size of different castings. By adjusting the vertical hinge, the projectile can be more focused on the target parts. Single head can be adjusted with the hub system to achieve more than the position of the projectile throwing, the target is more focused and accurate. The mechanical rotation of the head can be either continuous or indexing, and the fine adjustment device mounted on the hub base adjusts 20 degrees in the vertical direction.
